Mold Production
1.Material selection
Material selection is the basis of mold manufacturing. Choosing wear-resistant and hard materials can better ensure the performance and service life of the product. We will also recommend mold materials to customers based on injection molded parts.
2. Design requirements
Design capabilities determine the quality of the mold, whether the mold can be formed, and whether it has stability. During the design process, we will start from customer requirements, and then analyze the feasibility of the design, whether there are invisible problems, explore the possibilities of various situations, and then express our views to customers to discuss a satisfactory and feasible result for everyone.
3. Processing technology
Mold processing technology is relatively complex, which may include CNC processing, EDM, etc. During the production process, we will strictly follow the design requirements to ensure the quality of the mold.
4. Quality control
Quality control is an important link to ensure product quality. We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise, so we can firmly control from mold design to production. After production is completed, the mold is strictly tested for quality to ensure that the mold has stable performance when used.
