After checking the samples, our engineer find it's big size,1650X455X50mm but annual order is only several hundred pcs, if we do it by injection molding, tooling cost is expensive, totally not economical, while vacuum forming for thick plastic sheet is a good choice, we tell customer the situation.
The customer tells us he keep searching supplier for this window louver long time and hope we can involve in it because our engineer team provide much professional advice, so he trust it's better to work with us. We accept it and our engineer treat it seriously, analysis the structure and usage, build high quality 3D drawing.
