2. Design requirements

During the design process, we will start from customer requirements, and then analyze the feasibility of the design, whether there are invisible problems, explore the possibilities of various situations, and then express our views to customers to discuss a satisfactory and feasible result for everyone.
3. Processing technology
Mold processing technology is relatively complex, which may include CNC processing, EDM, etc. During the production process, we will strictly follow the design requirements to ensure the quality of the mold.
4. Quality control
Quality control is an important link to ensure product quality. We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise, so we can firmly control from mold design to production. After production is completed, the mold is strictly tested for quality to ensure that the mold has stable performance when used.
1. Before production, our team with 17 years of design experience will share information with customers in a timely manner to meet customer needs and make reasonable suggestions.
2. During the production process, send the mold production schedule, update the mold production status in a timely manner, and let customers understand our work process.
3. After production is completed, quickly conduct quality inspection, send the inspection report, send samples to customers for inspection in a timely manner, and record feedback. If there are any problems, continue to improve to ensure customer satisfaction.
