One Qatar client contact us and want to develop a window louver for GMC car, he doesn't have 3D drawing but the sample is shifted in China. If we have interest, he can deliver the sample to us from our competitor's hand.

Of course, yes. After checking the samples, our engineer find it's big size,1650X455X50mm but annual order is only several hundred pcs,  if we do it by injection molding, tooling cost is expensive, totally not economical, while vacuum forming for thick plastic sheet is a good choice, we tell customer the situation.
